Return Policy

For all purchases, except as otherwise noted, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the entire product for replacement, refund or exchange within 30 (thirty) days of receiving it. Return shipping charges will not be refunded and shipping will be charged to the customer for replacements or exchanges. In order to have a return accepted for processing, the postmark on the return package must be within 30 days of the customer’s receipt of the package. If the 30th day falls on a Sunday or a federal holiday a postmark for the next business day will be accepted.

If your product receipt date is unverifiable, the thirty day return policy shall commence 5 (five) days after The Franklin Mint shipping date of your product. For all gold coin purchases, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the entire product for replacement, refund or exchange within 7 (seven) days of receiving it.

Return shipping charges will not be refunded and shipping will be charged to the customer for replacements or exchanges. In order to have a return accepted for processing, the postmark on the return package must be within 7 days of the customer’s receipt of the package. If the 7th day falls on a Sunday or a federal holiday a postmark for the next business day will be accepted. All returned gold coin returns are subject to a restocking fee equal to 15% of the total purchase price of the products.

The customer is responsible for return shipping. All returned items must be sent in their original packaging with all documents (i.e. certificate of authenticity). The Franklin Mint reserves the right to refuse return of any item(s) returned incomplete, or in a non-saleable condition due to damage, and/or abuse. If the product is not returned in its original packaging, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

To return your product, use the reverse side of your packing slip to let us know why you decided to return your item(s) and your desired resolution (replacement, refund, or exchange) for each item. Please be sure to send the return package to the return address in the upper left corner of your packing slip.

For your protection, The Franklin Mint strongly recommends that you return your order by insured mail and save the receipt for your records. The Franklin Mint is not responsible for lost return shipments. All refunds will be credited in U.S. Dollars.
