The Duesenberg SJ was manufactured from 1932-1937 by Duesenberg in Indianapolis, Indiana. Only 36 were ever made. It was this supercharged version of the 1935 Duesenberg Model J, with 320 hp (239 kW) the "Mormon Meteor" chassis, that achieved a record one-hour average of over 152 mph (245 km/h) at Bonneville Salt Flats, Utah.
