Scarce and distinct, the U.S. Silver Trade Dollar was minted for circulation in Asia for only six years and is the very first trade dollar to contain 420 grains (more than 3/4 of an ounce) of Pure Silver. The obverse features of the U.S Silver Trade Dollar contains Lady Liberty resting on a cotton bale, while the reverse of the U.S Silver Trade Dollar shows an upswept eagle with arrows and olive branch.
