Imperial Faberge Eggs, aka.Tsar’s Faberge Eggs, are considered masterpieces of the jeweler’s art and a symbol of extravagance and luxury. Created by Peter Carl Faberge and his assistants for Tsars Alexander III and Nicholas II of Russia during the late 19th or early 20th centuries. The original eggs were commissioned as gifts to their wives (Tsarinas) and crafted of gold and silver, usually decorated with precious gem stones and enamels.
