Those lucky enough to ride a 2006 Harley-Davidson® Softail® Night Train® experience a sensation to be savored. Astride the Badlander® seat and stretching forward to the controls and drag-style bar, a rider has control of one of the most exciting mounts available.

The Train for 2006 looks tougher than ever before and is sure to cause a stir wherever it goes. Upon its introduction, its aggressive look appealed to veteran and first-time riders as well. The laced 21-inch front wheel and the 200mm rear tire on Black Slotted Aluminum Disc wheels, together with color-matched belt sprocket - all straight from the factory - give this model its custom feel.

The 9,189 models produced in 2006 also featured Hardtail styling with hidden, horizontal rear shocks and drag bars on six-inch risers. New too was a widened bobtail fender which balanced out the narrow, raked front. The blacked-out tank console, air cleaner cover, oil tank and rear fender supports add an additional air of custom design. At the center is the black powder-coated Twin Cam 88B™ engine with wrinkle-black and texture-black covers. The Night's staggered chrome pipes sparkle in front of an all-black power train with wrinkle-black trim.
